Highlights of Thiruvalithayam Thiruvalleeswarar Temple

 Hi, Pilgrims  In this post , we will see the highlights of the temple. History It's thought that the temple's original framework was created by The temple has a strong connection to Rajaraja Chola III. The Chola empire left 14 inscriptions behind. The number of inscriptions is 214–28 in 1910. The temple was located in Chintamanipuram during the reign of Rajaraja III, according to the inscriptions. The temple is referred to in a number of inscriptions as Ambattur Nadu, Puzhar kottam, and Jayamkonda Cholapuram. [2] The presiding deity is identified in the inscriptions as Thiruvalithamudaya Nayanar, and the Ambal is identified as Thiruveethi Nachiyar. Chalukya Naranan Yathavarayan, a follower, gave the temple two homes and two gardens during the reign of Rajaraja. The Thiruvalithayam Thiruvalleeswarar Temple is easily reachable by Bus. It is located about 7 KMS from Chennai Koyambedu. It is about 12KMS from Chennai Central Railway Station. The nearest railway station is Korattur, 2KMS from Temple. There are many private transportations available to this temple.
